This is the most popular salad in Greece and it is especially popular during the summer months when the vegetables are all growing and in season. You’ll find this salad is filling, so you can eat it on its own with crusty bread, or you can serve it as a side for any meal and it will not disappoint! The best part is the juices from all the vegetables mixing with the tomato juice and olive oil and creating the most delicious dip for bread!
