Rice Pudding


Rice Pudding

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes


  • 5 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup rice
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon


  • Add all the ingredients, except the ground cinnamon,  to a medium pot and a bring to a low boil on low-medium heat.
  • Continue to stir the mixture so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pot and cook for approximately 25 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked and the pudding has thickened.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately in dishes of your choice and top with ground cinnamon. 
  • Serve warm or chilled. 
  • Can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
